Behavior Technician

Creating Balance INC is always looking for an exceptional Register Behavior Technicians. We are a company who delivers behavioral therapy service to the following settings: Community, schools and directly In- Home. Candidates must hold and maintain current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician as issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). We offer RBT Supervision in accordance with the BACB, as well as competitive rates. Responsibilities: Complete required Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and other required CEU's Work closely with the supervisor Lead Analyst to deliver the treatment plan as written. Provide direct behaviorally based treatment to client as directed by the behavior treatment plan. Objective monitoring clients progress, collect data and complete clinical documentation to support your development as an effective RBT. Communicate with parents, supervisor(s), and others when is necessary. Travel to clients at their home, school or other location(s) as necessary. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent (required), Bachelor's Degree (preferred) Reliable transportation, proof of auto insurance, valid driver's license and clean driving record and other agency requirements to be discuss during hiring process. Fingerprint level 2, background check. Experience working with children with developmental disabilities (preferred). Strong communication and organizational skills, detail-oriented, able to maintain records, prepare reports on time.
