Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and efficient processing
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by following proper food handling procedures
Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations
Use reservation systems like OpenTable to manage guest seating efficiently and optimize table turnover
Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a memorable experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.78 - $25.03 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
