. Ag Processing, Inc (AGP) is currently hiring for a temp grain elevator operator at our grain terminal in Chester NE. (occasionally will travel to work at Fairfield/Rosemount/Cowles) This person will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks and railcars as well as cleaning and maintaining plant equipment. AG Processing Inc. (AGP) is a cooperative that processes, sells and transports soybeans, grains and related products. Our company has become one of the largest soybean processing cooperatives in the world and our plants process soybeans that can be used in a variety of products such as animal feed, vegetable oil and fuels Responsibilities: Loading and unloading grain trucks and railcars. Housekeeping, such as cleaning the facility and equipment. Operating truck/elevator scale. Operating grain handling and conveying equipment. Must be able to pass a pre- employment physical and drug screen. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Communication Skills - Must speak, read, and write English. Physical Labor required entire shift. (standing, walking, bending, pulling, lifting, stairs, etc.) Be a Self-Starter and Team Player. Ability to follow safety procedures. Able to understand manufacturing standards and specifications. (math skills helpful) Must be able to work 7:00 am -7:00 pm, Monday -Saturday and Sundays 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm. * Weekends are required during harvest season.
