This is a highly visible leadership role partnering directly with executive leadership to scale the organization, strengthen culture, support acquisitions, and build best-in-class HR infrastructure.This role is ideal for a hands-on HR leader who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and brings deep expertise across talent acquisition, employee engagement, compensation, compliance, payroll, performance management, and organizational growth.Key Areas of ImpactLead all aspects of the employee lifecycle across multiple business entities Drive full-cycle recruiting, workforce planning, onboarding, and talent development Oversee payroll, HRIS, benefits administration, and HR operational excellence Build scalable performance management and leadership development programs Partner with executives on organizational design, culture, and change management Lead HR integration efforts tied to acquisitions and company growth initiatives Ensure compliance with federal/state employment laws and HR best practices Develop competitive compensation and total rewards strategies What We’re Looking For10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience Broad expertise across recruiting, employee relations, compensation, payroll, compliance, and HR operations Experience supporting organizational growth, transformation, or acquisitions Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategy and execution Bachelor’s degree required; SHRM-SCP/SPHR or advanced degree preferred Preferred BackgroundsExperience within life sciences, biotech, manufacturing, healthcare, or other regulated industries is highly attractive.Location: Shaker Heights, OH Travel: Approximately 20% (primarily domestic with occasional international travel)Top of FormBottom of Form
