National Account Sales Operations Manager

This role will serve as the critical link between Sales, Operations, Finance, Order Processing, and the Walmart/Sam’s Club teams, ensuring flawless execution, real‑time issue resolution, stronger internal alignment, and scalable processes that match the size and complexity of our business.The National Account Sales Operations Manager (Walmart/Sam’s Club) will directly support Walmart and Sam’s Club by driving operational excellence, ensuring execution accuracy, and strengthening the connection between Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer teams.Who We Are:For almost 50 years, we have been creating products with unique designs for our consumers that find their way into the homes of millions of people. We pride ourselves on a collaborative, inclusive culture of passionate individuals.Core Responsibilities:Customer Support & Relationship ManagementMaintain close partnership with Walmart and Sam’s Club replenishment and planning teams, drive weekly Collaborative Planning Forecasting Replenishment (CPFR) meetings across all categoriesProvide real‑time issue identification and resolution Ensure alignment on forecasts, inventory, promotional cadence, and long‑term planningDevelop strategic and operational plans, manage execution, measure, and deliver results to meet or exceed Sales goalsOperational SupportOversee item setup accuracy, replenishment flow, forecasting, OTIF performance, and promotional executionTranslate customer plans into aligned internal actions across Operations, Finance, and Order ProcessingMonitor compliance, routing, PO accuracy, and service-level performanceTrack KPIs, build reporting tools, and lead weekly execution rhythmsCross‑Functional AlignmentServe as the coordination hub between Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Operations for Walmart/Sam's ClubLead issue escalation and resolution to prevent service failures, deductions, and out‑of‑stocksDrive task‑force initiatives to improve planning, replenishment, and profitabilityData, Reporting & InsightsCreate clear, actionable insights for leadership from demand, supply, and financial dataConsolidate reports into business‑ready dashboards, and present to leadership regularlyTrack progress toward KPIs, including OTIF, In-Stock %, and Vendor Scorecard Metrics and identify and resolve potential risksProcess ImprovementStandardize and scale sales processes, best practices, and operational workflows tailored to Walmart / Sam's Club business rhythmsImprove systems and tools supporting forecasts, deductions, promotions, and supply performance at Walmart / Sam’s Club Additional sales support responsibilities as neededProvide operational support across additional sales accountsQualifications & Skills:7-10 years experience in a sales operations, account management, sales support or similar rolePrior experience supporting Walmart account requiredExperience with the following systems: SAP, Retail Link, Luminate (Retail Link Analytics Suite), Item 360, Nova, SQEPStrong analytical and organizational skills, with a proven track record of multi-tasking in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentProactive self-starter, disciplined, solution-oriented with a strong attention to detailExcellent communication skills demonstrating an ability to work effectively across different levels and departments within the organizationBi-weekly visits to Walmart office based in Bentonville, ARAt minimum quarterly travel to New Jersey (North American HQ Office)Salary Range: $115,000-$135,000What We OfferBenefits:Flexible work structure with 2 days remote per weekRobust & inexpensive health coverage for you and your family through medical, dental and vision plansFinancial protection through life, accidental death & dismemberment, and long-term disability insuranceA company matching 401k planGenerous paid time off including vacation, personal, sick, company holidays, and bereavement days so you can take the time you needLearning & Development:All employees are provided with LinkedIn Learning licenses and unlimited access to LinkedIn Learning’s coursesGlobal hub of learning & development resources including global webinars covering a variety of technical, soft skills, and language trainingDe’Longhi Cares:Organized annual volunteer day, donation opportunities throughout the year with local non-profit organizationsOur Core ValuesAmbition, Courage, Passion, Competence, Teamwork, Heritage, RespectIf you require reasonable accommodation to complete a job application, a job interview or to otherwise participate in the hiring process, please contact Human Resources at hr.us@delonghigroup.com.
