Junior Knowledge Manager - Object Based Intelligence (OBI)
Overview
In this role you will support knowledge sharing and information management for Object Based Intelligence (OBI) initiatives, enabling analysts and stakeholders to access and utilize data effectively. You will design workflows, manage documents, and ensure proper storage, retrieval, and versioning. You will build user-friendly interfaces and integrations to improve accessibility and decision-making for warfighters, while collaborating across teams to sustain performance. ResponsibilitiesAssist in aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing for analytic productionManage central and peripheral databases, content and records systemsDevelop workflows for document and information sharingCreate and maintain a document management system with upload, search and retrieval featuresEnsure stakeholders have access to needed informationCompile reports on KM performance metrics (search, storage, retrieval, tasking)Disseminate intelligence products across networks and portalsDesign and develop user-friendly interfaces for OBI deliverables and documentationEnsure ontologies meet OBI practitioners’ needsStore, retrieve and version-control documentsDevelop an API for integration with project management and CRM toolsValidate integrations before deploymentCollaborate to prioritize updates and maintenanceMonitor application performance and use data to inform design decisionsProvide ongoing training and user support
