We're looking for a motivated Service Advisor who understands how to build trust, communicate value, and produce results.We are not a chain store or high-pressure sales environment.We are a professional, process-driven independent repair shop specializing in Japanese vehicles, focused on quality repairs, ethical recommendations, and long-term customer relationships.If you are looking for a long-term home with a strong team, proven systems, and real income potential, we want to talk. What You Get Monday-Friday schedule (NO weekends) Compensation: $60,000-$120,000+ per year(Base pay plus commission. Actual earnings depend on experience, performance, and production.)
