Following significant growth and continued investment, the engineering team is expanding rapidly and looking for talented Back End Engineers to help build the integrations that power an entire industry ecosystem. The Opportunity As a Back End Engineer within the Integrations team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining the critical connections between the platform and a wide range of external partners. These integrations form the backbone of the product, enabling the seamless flow of data and services between multiple organisations, systems and providers. You'll own solutions from initial design through deployment, monitoring and long-term maintenance. This is a highly autonomous role where you'll have the opportunity to make a visible impact from day one. What You'll Be Doing Building and maintaining integrations with third-party platforms and service providers Designing scalable, reliable solutions across REST, SOAP and file-based interfaces Owning the full lifecycle of integrations from development through production support Working closely with Product and Engineering teams to understand business requirements and deliver robust technical solutions Identifying opportunities to improve performance, reliability and scalability across integration services Managing multiple priorities and partner relationships simultaneously Shipping new capabilities that unlock meaningful value for customers Technology Environment You'll primarily be working within a modern TypeScript ecosystem and will gain exposure to a range of technologies including: TypeScript Node.js NestJS GraphQL Temporal.io Modern API architectures Distributed systems and workflow automation What We're Looking For Essential Proven commercial experience as a Software Engineer Strong back-end development experience using TypeScript Experience building and maintaining integrations with external APIs and third-party systems Ability to take ownership of projects from concept through production Strong problem-solving and communication skills Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with high levels of responsibility Desirable Experience with NestJS, GraphQL or Temporal.io Exposure to financial technology, SaaS, marketplace or e-commerce platforms Startup or scale-up experience Experience working on products with complex external partner ecosystems Who You'll Thrive Here This environment suits engineers who: Enjoy solving real-world business problems Prefer ownership over bureaucracy Like shipping products quickly and iterating based on feedback Enjoy seeing the direct impact of their work Why Join?
