We aspire to aid the growth of our company by welcoming the most qualified and deserving candidates aboard.About the RoleThe Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of multiple clinics within an assigned region. This role provides hands‑on operational leadership, supports office managers, and ensures consistency across front‑ and back‑office workflows. The Regional Office Manager regularly floats between clinics, partners closely with recruiting and leadership, and acts as a point of escalation to keep clinic operations running smoothly.This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable being in the clinics, leading through influence, and owning outcomes across multiple locations.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations across multiple clinics within the assigned region to ensure consistency, efficiency, and adherence to company standardsFloat between clinics as needed to support operations, troubleshoot issues, and maintain workflow continuityServe as the primary point of contact for office managers, providing regular check‑ins, guidance, and supportAssist office managers with employee performance management and disciplinary actions for support staff, in partnership with HRMonitor staffing levels across clinics and communicate allocation needs to Recruiting to ensure appropriate coveragePartner with Recruiting on staffing plans, pipeline needs, and onboarding timelinesSupport provider go‑live dates by ensuring clinics are operationally prepared from a staffing and workflow standpointWork within eClinicalWorks (eCW) to support clinic workflows, operational consistency, and staff adoptionServe as an escalation point for patient concerns and assist with resolution as neededIdentify operational gaps and recommend process improvements across clinicsEnsure clinics are prepared for audits, new initiatives, and organizational changesCoordinate and oversee clinic productivity while proactively addressing operational gaps to support achievement of benchmark goals.QualificationsExperience managing multiple locations or teams in a healthcare settingStrong understanding of front‑ and back‑office clinic operationsHands‑on experience working within an EHR/EMR system, preferably eClinicalWorks (eCW)Proven experience supporting and coaching office managersComfortable partnering with HR on employee relations mattersStrong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skillsAbility to travel between clinics within the assigned regionThrives in a fast‑paced, growing healthcare environmentWhy Join Our Team?Leadership and mentoringResources to further careerFun work environment (lunches, events, holiday parties)Benefits (medical/vision/dental/401k/paid holidays)Supportive and positive work environmentThis role is fully remote after training has commenced
