This position provides direct support to the National Sales Manager and plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for new and prospective customers.The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and proactiveable to balance administrative tasks with customer-facing communication to help drive sales success.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the National Sales Manager in daily sales operations and account management.Assist new and prospective customers by explaining UFM's vehicle lease program.Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and courteous manner.Maintain detailed and accurate records in our software for all customer interactions.Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.Assist with ad hoc reporting and data organization for the sales department.Uphold UFM's standards for professionalism, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.QualificationsEnjoys speaking with potential customers and sharing information about our program.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Customer service or administrative experience preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn.At United Fleet Management (UFM), we're not your typical automotive leasing company, we're a fast-growing, innovative team that's reshaping how businesses manage their fleets.
