In this role, you'll assemble components according to work instructions, ensure quality standards are met, and help keep our operations running smoothly during our weekend AM shift.Shift: Weekend Day ShiftLocation: Berea, KYEmployment Type: Full-TimeKey ResponsibilitiesPerform assembly operations by following standard work instructions or verbal guidanceUse gauges and indicators to check component dimensions and part qualityIdentify and report product or workmanship defectsChange simple parts and fixtures to support product changeoversRecord data to support production, quality, and materials trackingMaintain a clean, organized workspace using 5S principlesComply with ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 quality and environmental standardsProactively support continuous improvement effortsCommunicate equipment or process issues to support staff or leadershipQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrior experience in manufacturing or equipment assembly preferredComfortable working in a team environment with production targetsAble to read, understand, and follow written instructions and complete reportsBasic math skills requiredGood manual dexterity and attention to detailMust be able to frequently bend, lift (up to 40 lbs), and stand for long periodsVisual acuity (with correction) to read instructions and inspect partsMust pass pre-employment assessments and background checksSupervisory ResponsibilitiesNonePhysical RequirementsFrequently walking and using hands to handle parts or toolsOccasional sitting, standing, kneeling, climbing, or reachingRegularly lifting up to 10 lbs, frequently up to 40 lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbsWork EnvironmentPlant-based manufacturing settingPersonal protective equipment (PPE) including safety glasses, hat, and steel-toe shoes required in designated areasNote: Incomplete applications will not be considered.
