The ideal candidate will have strong experience caring for trauma and post-surgical patients in a fast-paced acute care environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care in a high-acuity Surgery Trauma unitCare for spinal, neuro trauma, surgical trauma, gunshot wound, paraplegic, and quadriplegic patient populationsPerform comprehensive assessments and ongoing monitoringAdminister medications and treatments according to clinical protocolsCollaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams during patient handoff and treatment planningDocument patient care accurately in EPIC EMRRespond effectively to rapidly changing patient conditionsRequired QualificationsActive Registered Nurse license in applicable stateMinimum 2 years of Medical-Surgical experience in trauma or high-acuity surgical settingsEPIC EMR experience requiredBLS certification requiredACLS certification preferredStrong critical thinking and trauma care skillsAbility to work night shifts in a fast-paced environmentFor more details reach at dparmar@navitashealth.com
