Were looking for a skilled Material Handler to take charge of MRB (Material Review Board) materials and ensure smooth, accurate material flow across our operations.What Youll Do:Handle, move, and organize materials in the MRB area with precision.Track and manage nonconforming materials and ensure proper documentation.Coordinate rework, inspections, testing, and return-to-vendor processes.Keep MRB inventory organized, labeled, and controlled.Collaborate with production, engineering, and purchasing teams to resolve material issues quickly.Analyze trends in rework, scrap, and replacement requests to support operational improvements.What Were Looking For:3+ years of experience in manufacturing, material handling, or MRB operations.Familiarity with nonconformance reports (NCRs) and material flow management.Comfortable using MRP/ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.Why Youll Love It Here:Be part of a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment.Work closely with cross-functional teams and make a real impact.Take ownership of MRB materials and help improve processes.If precision, organization, and teamwork are your strengths, we want you on our team.
