Crawford - Converter Assembly Job Overview: This position is responsible for assembling and prepping the torque converter for welding. Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:30am-3:00pm Overtime What it helps to have: Ability to work at a fast pace. Good hand dexterity. Comfortable using measuring instruments including height gauge, calipers and feeling gauges. Strong decision-making skills. Ability to follow a standardized process to adhere to quality standards. Effective communication skills. Qualifications: The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50lbs. The ability to stand or walk an entire shift (can be approx... 8-10 hours) The ability to use handheld tools such as hammers, drivers and press.
