Warranty Administratori.g. Burton Toyota of Dover is searching for an experienced Warranty Administrator who is motivated to excel and serious about a career in the automotive industry. This is a challenging position which requires the ability to multi-task at a fast pace, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.Job ResponsibilitiesProcess warranty claims and paperwork in a timely manner for each manufacturerReconcile warranty receivables with payments and post on computerHandle rejected claims according to dealership or manufacturer specifications and follow up on outstanding claimsMaintains a high level of knowledge for all Toyota and related manufacturer warranty coverage, campaigns, TSB's, and product concerns.Answer phones and greet service customers in a pleasant and professional mannerAct as backup to Service Advisor as needed.Maintain high customer satisfaction standards.Qualifications / Experience2 to 4 years of related experience. Current or former technicians are encouraged to apply. You must have exceptional communication, computer and typing skills.
