For over 35 years, Commerce Financial Advisors has been working to help clients achieve their financial goals.We are currently seeking a motivated and customer focused individual for a Financial Advisor opportunity supporting our St. Peters market.The main purpose of this job is to sell investment products to individual investors.Essential functions include:Manage an existing client book of business with recurring revenuePartner with internal team members to generate new business opportunitiesContact customers to introduce your planning, investment and insurance servicesLeverage digital tools to enhance your client's experience, including MoneyGuidePro, eSignature and SalesForcePerform other duties as assignedKnowledge, skills, and abilities required include:Strong knowledge of the brokerage and financial services industryStrong ability to build client relationships and sell financial servicesMotivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesInquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core ValuesBasic level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and OutlookEducation & experience:Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.5+ years related financial services experience requiredFINRA Series 7 & 66 licenses, and Life & Health licenses required.
