This role is critical to our ability to deliver consistent, high-quality care to clients and stability to our caregivers.If you enjoy problem-solving under pressure, holding people accountable, and taking pride in full staffing coverage then this role is for you.What This Role Is Really AboutYou are the daily owner of staffing execution:Ensuring every shift is coveredAnticipating gaps before they become emergenciesBalancing caregiver availability with client expectationsMaking real-time decisions that protect care qualityThis is not a passive scheduling role.
