Corporate Securities Counsel

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel, Corporate & Securities to support public company compliance and governance. Key Responsibilities: Support preparation and filing of SEC reports and monitor developments in securities law Assist with corporate governance matters, including board support and governance policies Support capital markets activities and corporate transactions, including M&A and due diligence Required Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction 4+ years of legal experience, ideally with a mix of law firm and in-house experience Strong knowledge of U.S. securities laws and public company governance Experience with SEC filings for a public company is preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
