From precision targeting and content personalization to 1:1 omnichannel activation and performance optimization, Tandem ensures every campaign is actionable, scalable, and built to deliver results.If this excites you, then apply below.Program Operations CoordinatorYou will be responsible for:The Program Operations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the department across all BioPharm’s Expert Perspectives and Conference Reporter campaigns.Note this is a Hybrid position, requiring 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) in office in New Hope, PA.Administrative SupportCreate and manage department purchase ordersMaintain invoice trackerFlexible general support of team, as neededProgram Support Updates to the Master Content Flow TrackerCoordinate with editorial team on article review and approval process with ExpertsUpdates to program tracker, as neededUpdates to program management tool (Workfront), as neededSupport with launching new programs in Workfront, as neededPrint SupportAssist team to identify journals for Expert Perspectives® and Conference Reporter® print issuesCoordinate placement with the journalSupport in uploading print files to printerPublisher and printer correspondenceMust have: The ideal candidate would have 1-3 years of administrative experienceStrong time management and organizational skillsHigh attention to detailMust have ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and multitaskMust be a team player and effectively interact with staff at all levels of the companyMust have ability to work independently when necessaryProficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe AcrobatProficiency in Survey Monkey and Workfront, not required but a plusCompensation & Benefits Transparency StatementBase Salary Range: [$52,521] – [$84,034]The compensation range displayed reflects the full span of pay across all of our U.S. geographic pay areas and experience levels. Your actual base salary offer will be determined based on multiple factors, including:Geographic Pay Area (US 1 through US 5, reflecting cost‑of‑labor differences)Experience & Qualifications relevant to the roleInternal Equity alignment with employees in similar roles and levelsWhat This Means for YouThe minimum of the posted range represents the starting point for candidates in the lowest cost‑of‑labor pay areas (US 5).The maximum of the posted range represents the upper threshold for candidates in the highest cost‑of‑labor pay areas (US 1 / US 2).Candidates are aligned to pay areas based on their primary work location.For Current EmployeesPosted salary ranges reflect the full compensation band across all U.S. pay areas and experience levels. Your individual compensation is based on your specific pay area, hire date, performance trajectory, and internal equity. Differences between your current salary and the posted range are not indicative of a pay discrepancy.
