Java Tech Lead

Location: State Street. North Qunicy or NJ.

Job Type: Contract-W2Mandatory Skills: Fullstack Java Enterprise .Application Development & Modernization Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and ReactJS.Refactor and modernize legacy applications for cloud-native deployment models. Develop scalable microservices and REST APIs following enterprise architecture standards. Implement event-driven and distributed application architectures. Participate in application performance tuning, troubleshooting, and production support.

Cloud Migration & Transformation: Support migration of applications from private cloud/on-prem environments to AWS and Azure. Analyze application dependencies and recommend modernization approaches. Develop cloud-native deployment patterns and automate infrastructure provisioning.

Additional Skills: Infrastructure Automation & DevOpsDevelop Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Terraform. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar tools. Implement deployment automation across development, QA, UAT, and Production environments. Drive containerization initiatives using Docker and AWS ECS/EC2 services.

Security & Compliance: Integrate HashiCorp Vault and enterprise secrets management solutions. Implement secure coding practices and DevSecOps controls. Ensure compliance with banking, regulatory, and enterprise security standards. Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on vulnerability remediation activities.
