We are looking for a reliable Night Warehouse Supervisor to lead our clients load-out operations.Read on to find out what you will need to succeed in this position, including skills, qualifications, and experience.You'll be the "quarterback" of the 3rd shift, ensuring drivers hit the road on time with the right freight.The Details Schedule: Sunday – Thursday | 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM Pay: $20.00 per hour Location : Fort Mill, SC Environment: 90% Warehouse / 10% Administrative Key Responsibilities Oversee a team of 4, to ensure the nightly load-out is handled safely and efficiently.Loading and supervising of trucks.Management of loss prevention.Update digital spreadsheets in real-time to verify that the correct freight is matched to the correct route.Conduct final checks to ensure trailers are secured and drivers are ready for departure.What We're Looking For Experience as a team lead or supervisor is preferred but not required.5+ years working within a warehouse or logistics setting.Desire to lead.Must be comfortable using spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) to track inventory and departures.Communication: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred to effectively coordinate with our diverse team and driver base. xmcpwfu
