What the Work Involves Handling inbound and outbound customer service interactions
Resolving customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
Accurately documenting call details and outcomes
Meeting attendance, quality, and performance benchmarks

Contractors are responsible for managing their schedule and performance
Basic Requirements High school diploma or GED
Strong communication and typing skills
Comfort navigating multiple systems simultaneously
Dedicated home workspace with stable wired internet
Windows 11 PC (8 GB RAM minimum; 16 GB preferred)
USB headset and wired internet required prior to start
Compensation Contract pay typically ranges $12–$15 per hour , depending on program
Performance-based opportunities available on select programs
