As an Associate Attorney in our Employment Litigation
department, you will work to help scale the firm’s employment
practice to support Californians who have been illegally
discriminated against, harassed, unfairly compensated, subjected to
a unfair hostile work environment and/or wrongfully
terminated.Qualifications4+ years of experience in employment
litigation.
Active member of the California
State Bar.
Knowledge of California Civil
Procedure and Local Court Rules.
Experience
with employment disputes including wrongful terminations, FEHA
claims, labor code violations, PAGA and wage and hour
claims.
Deposition experience strongly
preferred.
Excellent research and writing
skills required.
Proficiency in Microsoft
Office Suite; including Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint.
Superior time management and
multi-tasking skills.
Organized,
