The position is required to prepare Business Requirement Document (BRD) & analysis in ecommerce B2B Analysis, manage projects, Plan and Structure to meet the company objective.Main Tasks:EDI Business Requirement Document (BRD) preparation & analysisBusiness Process Analysis, Mapping EDI processes, Structural analysis, Integration with partners like terminals, vendors, customers , depots, IMS, Portals on x.12/EDI fact/XML/API/Proprietary EDIsProcess flow charting on Business processesQA system Testing & Participation for Milestone and Hyper care before or after Go-LiveeCommerce business flow from customers, vendors perspective to Carrier or vice versa (Booking to Shipping instruction, Customer Codes Mapping)Create System and EDI processes flowchart by VisioShare-point user supportSupport EDI file traffic monitor & file interchanges in FTP/SFTP/EmailPerforming system analysis for enhancementMonitor and follow up system developments and enhancements.Testing of system enhancementsAssisting Implementation & Support Manager on new system implementations, business process projects, new products, module, functionalities, etc.Support digital projects and integrations and content management Internal/External WebsitePlan, schedule and execute projects.Absorb and spread knowledge from Head Office Global Implementation and business units.Assist Commercial Implementation & SupportManager to enforce ZIM's Best Practice, procedures, and business processes.RequirementsBS in Computer Science or relevant discipline or Post-graduate Certificate of IT5+ years' experience Business and System Analysis experienceExperience in in EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and APIExtensive Knowledge of Various EDI Standards (UN-Edifact, X.12 Ansi and XML)Project management experienceExcellent Interpersonal Skills and Proficient in problem approaching & trouble-shootingKnowledge in requirement gathering, document preparation, QA, UAT and Support in relevant systems
