Returns / Parts Room Associate We are seeking candidates to fill our Returns / Parts Room. Benefits include: full time employment, competitive wages, health benefits, paid vacation and 401K plan. BACKGROUND: Steeleng Golf Cart is a leading manufacturer/distributor of aftermarket and OEM Golf Cart Parts/Accessories for the majority of name brand golf cart manufactures. We have developed our own Lift Kits, Rear Seat Kits, along with our own line of Golf Cart wheels and tires and we sell to End Customers but also have developed an extensive dealer network. We are seeking an Employee to work in our Returns / Parts room who will assist in the processing of our inbound returns and preparing them for resale. Person will also pull warranty replacement orders in addition to any items that are sold on our Scratch and Dent Store. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Process Inbound Return flow to ensure all incoming cases are processed accurately and timely with a focus on accuracy. Document RMA's using either computer or tablet and communicating with Staff Accountant about any additional items pertaining to item condition. Review return products and determine if able to be reconditioned and sold as either Open Box, Scratch and Dent, or if item needs to be destroyed or separated into parts. Inventory and organize warranty replacement parts and scratch and dent items. Take pictures for our eBay Scratch and Dent store and provide to customer service so they can be listed on site. Skills and Qualifications: High School education or equivalent Warehouse experience a plus Able to Lift 65 pounds throughout the day Must have reliable transportation Excellent communication skills Familiar with MS Office Suite Excel and/or Google Sheets Position will be roughly 25% office/desk work and the other 75% working in the warehouse processing/re-boxing returns Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
