All applicants are encouraged to provide details of their previous professional experiences during the application process.Monday-Thursday 10 hour shifts, with the possibility of overtime on FridaysEssential Functions of the Job:Operate machinery to process, compact, or finish materials according to production requirementsOccasionally use handheld plasma cutting torchSet up equipment, adjust machine settings, and verify proper alignment and calibrationFrequently lifts and carries 50-lbs of scrap to the scrap binOccasionally use a two-man lift of material weighing more than 50-lbsMonitor machine performance, material flow, and product quality throughout the production cycleFrequently operate an overhead crane and/or hoist to load/unload material by pushing/pulling as the load is suspendedPerform routine inspectionsIdentify equipment malfunctions or quality issues and report them promptly to maintenance or supervisionFollow production schedules, work orders, and standard operating proceduresMaintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to all safety protocols and PPE requirementsCollaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targetsParticipate in cross-training and operate additional equipment as needed to support production flow, fill staffing gaps, and maintain operational flexibilityOther duties as assigned
