Blends coordination, systems, and data.Key ResponsibilitiesRun onboarding, background checks, and new hire programsManage exits and offboarding workflowsAdminister benefits and maintain HRIS dataSupport HR reporting, audits, and complianceCore DutiesCoordinate pre-employment and onboarding logisticsMaintain accurate employee records in HRISGenerate HR reports (headcount, attrition, compliance)Support benefits enrollment and queriesCoordinate training and development activitiesEnsure adherence to regulatory and company policiesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceExperience in regulated/high-tech environmentsStrong organizational and multitasking abilityHigh attention to data accuracy and compliancePreferred SkillsLife sciences/medical device exposureHRIS and reporting tools experienceStrong communication and stakeholder coordination#ZRCompany DescriptionAs a leading contract, contract-to-hire and professional placement firm, Three Point Solution understands the importance of aligning our client with the right resource at the right time.
