Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Pawtucket, RI. The Administrative Assistant will handle various day-to-day office management tasks, including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, managing correspondence, and providing support to the executive team. Additional responsibilities include answering phone calls, organizing files, and assisting with clerical duties to ensure smooth office operations. Qualifications Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance tasksStrong Phone Etiquette and effective verbal communication skillsSolid Clerical Skills, including file management and documentationStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in relevant office software and toolsAbility to work on-site and collaborate with a teamPrevious experience in a similar role is an advantageFluency in Spanish and English is required for communication with clients/staff".
