after being crossed trained and completing the appropriate competenciesThis would include but not be limited to positioning the patient - participating in the time out process - preparing the surgery tray - ensuring appropriate site marking by the provider - and assisting in patient education - image and specimen collection and transport to the labThe Photopheresis-Infusion/Dermatology RN is responsible for ensuring comprehensive documentation of all phases of care and is timely -
