Join us as we continue building a unified, global therapy organization dedicated to empowering children and families.Assessment:Conduct comprehensive skills assessments to evaluate the need for ABA services.Perform functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the causes of challenging behaviors and design positive behavior intervention plans (PBIPs).Analyze data and monitor client progress to make informed adjustments to treatment plans.Intervention:Develop and implement individualized teaching programs and PBIPs based on client needs and goals.Supervise and provide feedback to Behavior Technicians to ensure accurate delivery of intervention plans.Collaborate with families and professionals to ensure cohesive and consistent interventions across home, school, and clinic settings.Supervision and Leadership:Provide ongoing supervision, support, and training to Behavior Technicians while upholding ethical and professional standards.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support team development.Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and consultations to coordinate and optimize client care.Case Management:Coordinate with insurance companies for assessment of services, treatment plan reviews, and service authorizations.Manage client and Behavior Technician schedules as necessary.Keep families and caregivers informed about client progress and program updates.Staff Training & Coaching:Provide initial and ongoing training for new hires and Behavior Technicians on ABA principles, intervention techniques, and session management.Deliver real-time feedback and guidance during sessions to Behavior Technicians.Create and maintain training materials to support staff development.Keep detailed records of team meetings, training activities, and performance evaluations.Professional Development:Stay current with ABA research and best practices through continuing education opportunities.Contribute to clinic growth through participation in quality improvement initiatives and potential research activities.Job Requirements:Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).Strong understanding of ABA principles and demonstrated experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and within a team.Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and making data-driven decisions.A valid driving licenseBenefits:$3,000 sign-on bonus.Annual performance bonus ranging from $10,000 to $25,000.Monthly performance bonus of up to $500 for achieving targeted billable hours.Hourly bonus of up to $60 per hour based on exceeding billable hour targets.Annual performance reviews with salary increases.Referral bonuses.Cell phone allowance.Mileage reimbursement.Free Continuing Education Units (CEUs) and education stipend.Comprehensive healthcare benefit program for you and your family.Life and dental insurance.Long-term disability insurance.Up to 13 days of paid time off, including sick leave.Employee discounts for mobile phone services, travel, entertainment, restaurants, retail, and more.Employee Stock Option Plan: Eligible after one year of full-time employment.SIMPLE-IRA Plan: Eligible after two years with $5,000 or more in compensation, with a company match of up to 3% of your annual salary.Salary - starting at $90,000.00 per annumPowered by JazzHRxj5jTEu6Py
