This is a structured, early intervention-focused role with manageable caseloads, limited travel, and strong clinical support.Client assignments are regionally based, with BCBAs typically working within one area per day rather than traveling across all markets. Coverage includes Katy (77449, 77450), Sugar Land (77478, 77479), and Richmond (77406, 77407).BCBA Responsibilities:Provide ABA services for children ages 2–8 in home and occasional school settingsOversee individualized treatment plans and clinical progressSupervise RBTs across varying levels of careManage a caseload of approximately 6–8 clientsSupport early intervention cases with tailored programmingBCBA Requirements:Active BCBA certificationAbility to travel locally between client homes (15–40 minutes typical)Availability for after-school hours (3–7 PM) requiredFull-time candidates: daytime availability preferred (in-person only)BCBA Schedule:After-school hours (3–7 PM) required for all candidatesUp to 50% telehealth allowed for sessions after 3 PMDaytime hours (before 3 PM) are in-person onlyFull-time: morning hours + minimum 3 afternoons per weekPart-time: must be available 3–7 PM (daytime-only not considered)Full-time BCBAs average 30 billable hours per weekBCBA Clinical Model:Mix of early intervention and varying acuity casesClients may receive ~15 hours/week with 1 RBT or ~25 hours/week with 2 RBTsLimited travel between clients within a 15–30 minute radiusBCBA Compensation & Benefits:$75 – $95/hour based on experienceApproximately $117K – $148K annually at 30 billable hours/week$5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hiresHealth, dental, vision eligibility at 30 hours/week401K with employer matchPTO and paid holidaysMileage reimbursement providedCommutable from Houston, 77002
