The candidate will be responsible for Fircosoft implementation, development, configuration, upgrades, production support, and troubleshooting within a Financial Crime, AML, and Sanctions environment.The ideal candidate should have strong experience supporting business-critical sanctions screening solutions, working with stakeholders, and implementing Fircosoft solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, configure, implement, and support Fircosoft Continuity solutions.Perform Fircosoft Continuity implementation, configuration, customization, and product upgrades.Provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve application-related issues.Analyze and optimize Fircosoft screening workflows, configurations, and application performance.Work with Linux/Unix environments for application deployment, troubleshooting, monitoring, and support.Support integration of Fircosoft with upstream/downstream applications and enterprise systems.Participate in AWS/cloud-based implementation and migration activities for Fircosoft solutions.Monitor application health, investigate production issues, and perform root-cause analysis.Collaborate with AML, Sanctions, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.Support Fircosoft product upgrades, patches, configuration changes, and release activities.Ensure solutions comply with AML, sanctions screening, and financial crime requirements.Create and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and implementation guides.Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for complex product issues and enhancements.Manage stakeholder communication, status reporting, issue escalation, and delivery commitments.Required Technical SkillsFircosoft Continuity: 5+ years hands-on experience.Strong experience in Fircosoft implementation, development, configuration, upgrades, and application support.Strong Linux/Unix administration and troubleshooting skills.Working experience with AWS/cloud environments.Experience with application integration, APIs, interfaces, and enterprise systems.Strong production support and incident/problem management experience.Experience with application monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.Domain ExperienceStrong understanding of Financial Crime Compliance (FinCrime).Experience in AML (Anti-Money Laundering).Strong knowledge of Sanctions Screening and watchlist screening processes.Understanding of transaction/customer screening and alert-handling processes is preferred.
