We're seeking a driven and passionate Coffee Shop Manager to help lead our team and grow with us.Overview:The Manager at Cufiya plays a key leadership role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality customer service, and fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for both staff and guests. This position is responsible for team management, scheduling, inventory control, and contributing to the overall growth and vision of the shop.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring a smooth, clean, and customer-friendly environmentManage and train staff, create schedules, and foster a positive team cultureMonitor inventory and coordinate with vendors for timely orderingEnsure high standards of customer service and product qualityTrack sales, expenses, and support efforts to increase profitabilityMaintain health and safety compliance at all timesAssist with marketing initiatives and community engagement effortsOpen and/or close the shop depending on schedulePrepare and serve a variety of beverages, such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinksInteract with customers to take orders and provide recommendationsOperate coffee-making equipment and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standardsHandle cash and card transactions accuratelyEnsure the presentation and quality of beverages meet the established standardsRestock and organize inventory, including coffee beans, syrups, and other suppliesAdhere to all food safety and sanitation regulationsManage customer inquiries and resolve any complaints or issuesCollaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflowFollow company policies and procedures at all timesRequired Qualifications:Prior experience managing or supervising in a café, restaurant, or retail settingStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentMust have or willing to obtain food handling permitPassion for coffee and hospitalityTech-savvy and comfortable using POS systems and basic inventory tracking toolsMust be authorized to work in the U.S.High school diploma or equivalentKnowledge of different coffee brewing techniquesAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and accuracy in order taking and preparationAbility to handle cash transactions and use POS systemsBasic understanding of food safety and hygiene practicesFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysTeam player with a positive and friendly attitudeSkills RequirednullMore Details
