This role combines advanced technical expertise with team leadership, customer service, and operational support to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.Principal AccountabilitiesTechnical Service & RepairDiagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and indoor air quality equipmentPerform routine maintenance and system inspectionsInstall replacement parts and components efficiently and accuratelyEnsure all work complies with local, state, and federal codes and safety standardsLeadership & Team SupportLead, mentor, and support junior technicians and apprentices in the fieldProvide on-the-job training to improve skill development and performanceAssist in scheduling and dispatch coordination as neededPromote best practices, safety standards, and company proceduresCustomer ServiceDeliver exceptional customer service with a professional and respectful approachClearly explain system issues, repair options, and pricing to homeownersOffer recommendations for system improvements, upgrades, or replacementsBuild long-term customer relationships and trustOperations & Quality AssuranceMaintain accurate service records, work orders, and documentationEnsure jobs are completed efficiently and meet company quality standardsSupport inventory tracking and proper use of tools and materialsAssist management with performance feedback and process improvementPerforms other duties and responsibilities as assigned. RequirementsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:Experience: At least 5 years of residential HVAC service experienceCertifications: EPA Certification (Universal preferred) Ability to lift equipment and work in various environmental conditionsStrong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, leadership and team developmentValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordAdvanced HVAC system knowledge (gas, electric, heat pump systems)Description Of Physical Working EnvironmentPrimarily office-based, with occasional travel to field locations or corporate meetings.May require lifting of supply boxes or materials up to 30 lbs.The Company is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
