Superintendent Superintendent Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Superintendent to oversee our electrical construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent leadership skills to coordinate various teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of construction projects and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Coordinate and supervise construction trades and subcontractors to ensure work is completed according to specifications. Schedule and monitor project timelines, ensuring milestones are achieved and addressing any delays promptly. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained and safety protocols are followed. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that arise during the construction process. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets. Qualifications Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes. Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and interact with clients and stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for project reporting and documentation. Nice to have: experience with permitting processes, and familiarity with NEC guidelines. Strong electrical construction experience Hold a Journeyman or Master License in relevant trades is a plus.
