This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in data center or mission critical infrastructure, capable of managing multiple multidisciplinary projects while serving as a trusted partner to clients and internal teams.The Senior Project Manager will oversee projects from concept through completion, ensuring quality, schedule adherence, budget control, and client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage mission critical, data center engineering projects from planning through deliveryServe as the primary client point of contact, maintaining strong relationships and driving repeat businessDevelop and manage project schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and deliverablesCoordinate across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and controls disciplinesMonitor project financials including budgets, change management, and forecastingIdentify and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirementsCollaborate with principals and leadership on strategic planning and project executionMentor and guide project managers and engineers, fostering professional growthSupport proposals, workload planning, and long term client development initiativesRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in project management within engineering, MEP, or mission critical/data center environmentsProven experience managing large, technically complex projects (hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, or similar)Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, redundancy concepts, and fast track delivery modelsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projectsProficiency with project management tools and financial trackingBachelor s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldPreferred QualificationsPMP, PE, or equivalent professional certificationDirect experience working with owners, developers, and operators in the data center spaceExperience in a fast growing consulting or engineering firm environmentWhy JoinWork on cutting edge data center and mission critical projects nationwidePartner directly with firm leadership and influence company growth$120k-$150k salary range plus full benefitsEntrepreneurial, people focused culture with real growth opportunitiesFlexible work environment with an emphasis on trust and accountabilityBenefits100% covered Medical, dental vision including familyHSA401k with 4% matchPTOPaid holidaysCompany bonus
