Key Responsibilities Lead the full systems engineering lifecycle for space‑grade hardware and software, from concept through qualification and production. Develop and maintain system architecture, requirements traceability, and interface control documents. Coordinate cross‑functional teams (software, hardware, test) to define integration plans and resolve technical issues. Implement and oversee configuration management, change control, and release processes.
