Power customer satisfaction and also drive customer participation in (Online Self-Service products)Leveraging market strategy, customer data and research to develop customer communication initiativesCreate, develop and execute new program promotions or customer incentivesOptimize communication channel mix for target audiences and budget efficiencyWork with vendors as appropriate in the execution of customer communication campaignsCreate, develop and maintain customer lists for Marketing and other requesting departmentsQuery internal databases (Micro-strategy / Data-Warehouse/Siebel) to create, develop and maintain customer email, direct mail and other targeted lists for marketing and other requesting departmentsProvide campaign incentive and promotional fulfillment by working with internal and external partners to executeWork with internal areas such as Customer Intelligence to identify and develop customer profiles; market segmentation opportunities, tailored customer communicationsIdentifying data-mining and market research opportunities to increase marketing communication efficiencyUtilizing current research vehicles like J.D. Power and Customer Contactor surveys to identify customer satisfaction gaps and develop potential solutionsThrough data mining and market research, identify and develop new product or service opportunities.Leverage market strategy, customer data and research to develop new and creative customer communications initiativesBe proficient in the area of digital marketing and the leveraging of that channel in outreach to customers and prospectsCollaborate with support areas as required, by providing them direction, communication or feedback in the promotion of programs, products and services 3rd party advertising agency Corporate Communications Energy Efficiency Call center personnelAssist in development of an Annual Market PlanDevelop strategies and tactical plans to achieve program goals and metric targetsResearch industry best practices and market trends to develop marketing initiativesMonitor the marketplace to seek out: Industry best practicesAssociation / Industry data Trend analysis dataMeasure and report out on marketing campaigns and initiatives as they relate to program participation and customer satisfactionLeverage in-house tools and databases to track and reporting on specific communications campaigns and marketing goalsWork with marketing communications team in the production of new or revised customer collateral, internal support materials and other appropriate communication piecesMonitor program and service marketing collateral for relevanceCollaborate with Customer Intelligence, Systems Change & Implementation, Technical Support areas on up and coming technologies. Identify program and/or product enhancementsManage market-specific budgetAttend conferences/workshops on advances in Utility Marketing, Social Media or Web Utilization as requiredDesired Skills:(Knowledge and Experience Required)Requirements:BA / BS Marketing Degree or equivalent Experience3 7 years of experience in market campaign development, campaign analysis, list managementExperience in digital marketing and mediaExcellent computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and WordMust have excellent communication skills and analytical skills.Required Competencies:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsCandidate must possess planning and organizational skills.Analytical skills and attention to detail.Must also have a sense of teamwork and initiative.Results oriented.Candidate must foster an inclusive work environment and value all aspects of diversity.Preferred Skills:Advanced degree: MBAData or Quantitative Analytical skills
