About the jobTitle: Construction Project ManagerLocation: Holyoke, MA (Onsite)Employment Type: Contract (2+ Years)Status: Accepting CandidatesAbout the roleWe are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial, industrial, and large-scale residential construction projects from pre-construction through project closeout. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of construction project management experience with a strong background in budgeting, scheduling, contractor coordination, and stakeholder communication. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple project priorities while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesManage construction projects from pre-construction planning through commissioning and final closeout.Coordinate project schedules, budgets, cost controls, subcontractors, vendors, RFIs, and change orders.Lead project coordination meetings and maintain communication with internal teams, clients, contractors, and stakeholders.Maintain project documentation, including contracts, drawings, permits, project logs, and records.Support budgeting, forecasting, procurement activities, and owner-furnished equipment tracking.Monitor project schedules, milestones, contractor performance, and overall project progress.Assist with commissioning, training, occupancy/move-in activities, and project closeout documentation.Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, status updates, and documentation logs.Ensure projects are completed in accordance with quality, safety, budget, and schedule requirements.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of Construction Project Management experience.Experience managing commercial, industrial, or large-scale residential construction projects.Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, procurement, RFIs, contracts, and change order management.PMP, CCM, or similar project management certification is preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Compensation (MA Pay Transparency)Estimated hourly rate: $50–$55/hr (W-2).Final compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and interview results.
