If you have experience in construction, landscaping, or other physical roles, we want to hear from you!Job Title: Production Associate / OperatorLocation: Stanley, VAPosition Type: TemporaryShift/Hours:1st Shift: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Pay Rate $17-$19/hr (depending on experience)2nd Shift: Monday to Thursday, 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM, Pay Rate $19-$21/hr (depending on experience)What You'll Do:Inspect and repair stacks of doors moving through your work areaUse tools such as glue guns, palm sanders, chisels, putty knives, clamps, and paint for door repairsRestack doors and move pallets as neededKeep records of rejected doors and communicate quality issues quicklyAssist with various stages of door productionOperate jump tracks and paint booth infeed tracksWho You Are:Hardworking and detail-orientedExperienced with hand tools and woodworking repairsAble to stand for long hours and lift up to 80 lbsEnjoy working in a fast-paced, physical environmentComfortable with some dust, noise, and changing temperaturesRequirements:Strong attention to detail and quality standardsAbility to read and interpret work orders/ticketsConstruction or landscaping experience a plusNot accepting previous interviewees at this site If you have worked here before, please provide your supervisor's name, employment dates, and reason for termination to verify eligibility.Ready to Take the Next Step?
