Finance Associate

Who are we looking for?CAPTRUST is seeking a Finance Associate to join the Wealth Finance Team to support billing and accounts receivables for CAPTRUST’s rapidly growing wealth client base. As part of the Wealth Finance Team, you will work with a group of highly motivated problem solvers, with support for your professional growth within this team. As an associate, you will be heavily involved in daily communications with Financial Advisors and Client Management Consultants to manage billing for their clients. You will also provide support with data analysis, using various reports in excel to ensure accuracy in billing setup. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with all levels of employees, motivated to grow in their role with the company, can multi-task, and is comfortable using excel. Additionally, the associate will have the unique opportunity to provide ideas for process improvement that will directly impact the team’s efficiency. The candidate will maintain the highest professional and ethical standards, be well-organized, service-oriented, collaborative, and accountable while performing under tight deadlines.Responsibilities:Assist with billing process for Wealth ClientsNew Client set up for Wealth business to feed into the billing platform, as well as metrics inside our CRMAssist with quarterly financial analysis tasks and data analysisAssist with processing client receipts and posting to our accounts receivable systemAssist with cash reconciliation and accounts receivableAssist with management of Aged Receivables, working closely with our Financial AdvisorsAssist with project work as neededMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent combination of training and experience required1 to 3 Years experience in similar role preferredDesired Qualifications/Skills:Advanced Microsoft skills specifically Excel/PowerPointStrong organizational skillsSelf-starter and can prioritize and re-prioritize with little supervisionDetail orientedWorks well in a team environment with strong interpersonal skillsWHAT can you expect from your career at CAPTRUST?Our colleagues, like our clients, tend to stay with CAPTRUST for years.
