The Human Resources Administrator supports the management team with full cycle recruiting and other HR-related responsibilities. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.Transdev Is Proud To OfferCompetitive compensation package of minimum $32.00/hr. – maximum $39.00/hr.Benefits IncludeVacation: minimum of two (2) weeksSick days: 5 daysHolidays: 12 days; 8 standard and 4 floatingOther standard benefits: 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental and vision, life insurance, short-termdisability, voluntary long-term disability.Key ResponsibilitiesFull cycle recruiting responsibilities including reviewing new applications, scheduling & hosting interviews, and hiring candidates through the Application Tracking System – JobviteCreate and maintain employee files - complete all new hire EEO/AAP documents and onboarding paperworkManage driver & staff payroll and leaves of absence, including, employee FMLA trackingEducate employees on benefits providedQuality Assurance Checks ensuring compliance with background checks, drug and alcohol screens, and E-Verify requirements.Support employees with internal and external transfer requests and procedures.Other duties as required.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Minimum 2 years of Human Resources experience.College course work in a related field preferred.Computer literate with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft OfficeMust be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.
