No prior data center experience required - we provide training. Travel Details:Travel weekly to job sites (leave Monday, return Friday)Hotels, travel expenses, and $50/day per diem providedConsistent, predictable travel schedule What You'll Do:Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs on equipmentUse hand and power tools for installation and service workAssist with power systems, battery systems, and infrastructure supportFollow work orders, diagrams, and safety proceduresTroubleshoot mechanical issues with guidance from lead techsSupport projects in mission-critical environments like data centers What We're Looking For:6 months-2 years of hands-on experience (construction, warehouse, maintenance, HVAC helper, auto, etc.)Comfortable using tools (drills, wrenches, etc.)Willingness to travel weekly (Mon-Fri)Strong work ethic and reliabilityMechanical aptitude and eagerness to learnAbility to lift 40-50 lbs and work on your feet Preferred (Not Required):Maintenance or facilities experienceElectrical or low-voltage exposureOSHA 10 or safety trainingPrevious field/service work Why This Role:Competitive entry-level pay ($23-$26/hr)$50/day per diem + paid travel = strong weekly earningsHands-on training and skill developmentClear path into advanced technician and data center rolesStable, long-term opportunity in a growing industryJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH.Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
