As a Customer Service Representative at our Chicago State Farm Insurance Agency, you will be at the forefront of our insurance agency, providing top-notch insurance customer service to our valued insurance clients, retention, cross selling, and developing new insurance clients. RESPONSIBILITIES....... - Assist all insurance clients with policy change requests - Handle evidence of insurance requests - Document each insurance customer contact in our computer system - Provide a friendly greeting to all clients immediately upon encounter - Ask for customer referrals and positive online reviews - Treat each customer contact as an opportunity to provide additional financial products via gaps reviews - Verify and update insurance customer information during each contact - Answer incoming calls promptly / Return all phone calls and messages in a timely manner - Provide exceptional customer service REQUIREMENTS...... - Postive attitude , Energetic and Enthusiastic - Strong communication skills - Ability to work with others and be a team player - Possess Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Licenses or has ability to acquire prior to office training - Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is preferred BENEFITS OFFERED...
