Java Lead

*Job Title:* Java Lead *Location:* Pittsburgh, PA (Onsite/Hybrid) *Required Skills* * 10+ years of experience in Java development. * Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, and Microservices. * Hands-on experience developing RESTful APIs. * Strong knowledge of Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security). * Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ. * Experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, and/or MongoDB. * Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. * Strong understanding of distributed systems, design patterns, and performance tuning. * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Domain Experience * *Mandatory:* Banking or Financial Services domain experience. * Experience with retail banking, commercial banking, payments, lending, or capital markets is highly preferred. Leadership Responsibilities * Lead a team of Java developers and provide technical leadership. * Participate in solution architecture and design discussions. * Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices. * Collaborate with business stakeholders, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams. * Mentor junior developers and drive technical excellence.
