Building Maintenance Staff

Building Maintenance Staff WTTW (Chicago PBS) and WFMT (classical music radio station) are seeking a full-time Building Maintenance Staff person to provide general building maintenance. Key Responsibilities Repair and maintenance of building and equipment. Remodeling and repairs in the fields of carpentry, plumbing and electrical. Preventative maintenance of building HVAC equipment. Preventative maintenance of hot water boilers and pumps. DDC building controls (BAS). Plumbing and electrical repairs as needed. Miscellaneous repair projects. Other duties as assigned. Skills Required Highly Trained Team Skills Self-Motivated Independent Experience 5 years of building maintenance 5 years of HVAC 5 years of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical Training & Education HVAC EPA Universal Certification Continuing Education *This position requires membership in IBEW Local 1220.
