Position ID: IFK1003 Roles & Responsibilities: Drive multiple customer / project engagements at a strategic level, providing overall technical guidance/review as well as providing guidance to project management teams and sales teams on strategic positioning, execution and business development Drive the vision/creation of technical solutions templates/products (horizontal and vertical) based on multiple customer engagements Develop partnerships with stakeholders both inside and outside the organization across multiple customer projects, mentor Infokall staff so they develop and execute on strong teams, and ensure they achieve successful results. That they can recognize the key stakeholders on a project and that they can work with those stakeholders to drive a project to a successful conclusion. Recognize the political landscape within an organization that can influence a project, influence organizational politics for long term Infokall success Apply architectural best practices and apply them across a breadth of technologies to orchestrate lasting solutions Are seen/recognized as major industry leaders in key standards/customer/technology forums and events, participate in such forums to help drive the Infokall image as a industry leader Qualification/Requirements: Masters Degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, etc.); PhD in a technical discipline preferred 12+ years total experience in building and deploying large scale enterprise applications based on Microsoft .NET and/or J2EE/Java based platforms 7+ years of technical leadership experience directing the efforts of medium-large teams of consultants on multiple projects Work with customer executives and project management leads in defining overall technical milestones and deliverables Establish the right resource models and plans Drive top level technical architecture and design Review all major component designs and test plans Drive the overall technical reviews for project(s) with customer and partner executives Deep knowledge of multi-tier architectures and technologies including Server side technologies – databases, collaboration, BI, application & web server, application integration Web Services, SOA and XML technologies Client side automation technologies Mobile frameworks and architectures Development and tools platforms Systems Management frameworks/architectures Deep knowledge of SQL Server based database design, OLTP databases, SQL server Set based concepts, advanced T-SQL programming, SQL Server performance tuning and SQLCLR (With .Net/C#) Expert level understanding of all Microsoft development platform technologies Expert level understanding of SOA concepts/knowledge Deep experience in of BizTalk, Sharepoint, Commerce Server implementations Must either hold an MCSD/MCAD 2000/2003 certification 8+ yrs experience in delivering solutions in 2 or more of the following areas – eCommerce, Supply Chain, ERP, CRM, Procurement, MRP, Mobile applications Top notch communication skills, ability to clearly articulate and sell overall project/technical development and deployment status, risks and benefits to customer and partner executives
