Overview ProVest LLC is seeking Private Process Servers to provide reliable and professional civil process service in Kewanee, Illinois and Logan, Mason, Menard, Morgan, Richland, Clay, Wabash, Lawrence, Rock Island, Henry, Mercer, Henderson, Warren, Knox, Hancock, Fulton, McDonough, Brown, Cass, Pike, Scott and Schuyler Counties. Our mission is to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant services while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Position Overview This is a 1099 independent contractor position , with weekly compensation based on completed jobs . We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented professionals with experience and judged signed court appointments in legal document delivery. Responsibilities Make diligent service attempts Up to 5 attempts (varied times: morning, evening, weekend, etc.). Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents (via FedEx or email). Sign and notarize all eligible affidavits within 48 hours of service completion. Utilize ProVest's mobile applications to: Upload photo evidence of addresses. Submit detailed attempt notes. Record service or non-service outcomes. Requirements Reliable transportation. Perc Card. Valid driver's license. Active auto insurance. Smartphone with ability to run mobile applications. Strong communication and documentation skills. Commitment to professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail. Ideal candidates include Experienced Process Servers.
