Surgical Technologist CST - FA - First Assistant MLR is in search of a Surgical Technologist CST - FA - First Assistant to join a surgical team a part of a large Healthcare System in South Carolina. Helping surgeons and being a part of the surgical team during complex procedures and major surgeries. Pay: $67,046 - $98,312 Schedule: Days and Nights Key Responsibilities: Positioning the patient for the procedure, dressing wounds, and transporting them to and from the operating room Communicating the surgeons preferences and patient needs to the surgical team, helping the surgeon apply surgical techniques, and providing intraoperative skills Implementing safety measures before, during and after surgery and preventing bleeding; selecting equipment, restocking supplies, and cleaning and sterilizing instruments Requirements: Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program Surgical Technologist Certification License to work as a Surgical Assistant BLS Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance 401K Tuition Reimbursement
