Sales Coordinator

Camping World is seeking a Sales Coordinator for our growing team.What You’ll DoIncrease sales through proper and timely implementation of marketing and merchandising programsAssists in ordering inventory to maintain adequate stock levelsConducts cycle counts, stock adjustments and assists with inventory managementPlans and implements product presentations to include signage and pricingPromptly displays new products and disposes of discontinued products in accordance with markdown programProvides excellent customer serviceMaintain company assigned plan-o-grams accuratelyAnswers phones and assists customersMaintains a safe work area for customers and coworkersMay balance daily receipts record cash, checks and credit card paymentsMay cross train to perform other dutiesWhat You’ll Need To Have For The RoleHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferred1-2 years of experience working as an Assistant Merchandiser is preferredExceptional customer service skillsAbility to handle multiple tasksAbility to communicate and resolve issues in a professional and tactful mannerAbility to handle problems and facility successful outcomesFlexibility to accept additional tasks, duties, and/or direction from managementStrong computer skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsMay lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devicesPeriods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bendingGeneral Compensation DisclosureThe pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $30,000 - $60,000 or more.
